Get your Real Estate License Online!

Have you been hesitant to jumpstart your Real Estate career? Well, now's the time to get over that hump! ONLINE Real estate licensing education is now approved in New Jersey.  This is very exciting news as many people try to fit school into their already hectic lives.

Follow these easy steps to get your license.  Sail Lake Realty is with you every step of the way! You must be 18 or older and have a high school education or equivalent.

Find a school that works for you.

School pricing may vary (around $375).  Some online real estate schools include Elite Advantage Real Estate Academy and Connection School of Real Estate. You'll want to sign up for the pre-licensing 75-hour class.  The full list of approved schools can be found here.  If you're unsure that you're finding the right class, contact us and we'll help you through the process.

Pass the Exams

Once you've completed the class, you'll take an exam in class to help you prepare for the state exam.  Put together zoom study classes to prepare and get to know your fellow future agents! We can even jump on calls to do  Q&A's so you'll get answers from active Real Estate Agents! After you pass the class exam, you'll be eligible to take the NJ Real Estate Salesperson - Combo Exam ( $45).

Get Fingerprinted

Complete the fingerprinting process at local vendors in Ancora, Vineland, Linwood, Cherry Hill, or in an area near you. ( $66)

Submit Your Documents

Bring your licensing paperwork to Sail Lake Realty, Hammonton, NJ to be submitted to the state and you're on your way to a fulfilling real estate career.
