Michelle McMaster is the Broker/Owner of Sail Lake Realty, a Hammonton-based real estate brokerage serving clients throughout South Jersey.

Michelle has worked in real estate since 2015 and brings more than a decade of experience across residential sales, commercial real estate, investment properties, property management, renovations, real estate financing, and long-term property ownership.

Michelle represents buyers and sellers throughout Hammonton, Atlantic County, Camden County, Gloucester County, Burlington County, and the greater South Jersey region.

When representing buyers, Michelle helps clients evaluate comparable sales, property condition, inspections, location, resale potential, financing, and other factors that may affect a property's long-term value.

For sellers, she develops pricing and marketing strategies based on the individual property, current market conditions, and the seller's goals rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

Sharon Scipione is a Real Estate Agent and Transaction Coordinator with Sail Lake Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Hammonton and South Jersey.

Sharon enjoys helping clients feel comfortable and supported throughout the real estate process. She understands that buying or selling a home can involve a lot of moving parts, and she works hard to make the experience feel organized, clear, and manageable from start to finish.

As a real estate agent, Sharon works directly with buyers and sellers, helping them navigate each step of the transaction and making sure they always know what comes next.

She also serves as Sail Lake Realty’s Transaction Coordinator, where her attention to detail is an important part of keeping transactions on track. Sharon helps coordinate contracts, deadlines, inspections, title and attorney communication, documentation, and the many details that come up between an accepted offer and closing.

Her combination of client service and behind-the-scenes transaction experience gives her a well-rounded understanding of the real estate process.
