Stepping Out on Your Own

Hi Blog!

I’m back with yet another transaction. However, I want to preface this with something: These “transactions” are not just transactions for me. It’s a bond! There’s nothing like the feeling of looking back on the process of meeting a new client, all of the way through until Closing Day. It truly warms my heart!

My most recent client, Khiry, was the youngest buyer I’ve worked with. While still older than I, at the age of just 26, he was ready to buy his first place – solo! He, alongside his family, checked out a few places before coming across “the one”, or so we thought. The first home we wanted to place an offer on was inevitably already under contract, and the agent had not notified us.

However, I found a new listing to check out and we jumped on it. We checked it out the next day, submitted our offer, and went under contract! Just like my last transaction, we once again had to beat out another buyer. In today’s market, with such low inventory and vast amount of buyers, it’s become extremely competitive! However, my job as your agent is to guide you through it all.

Like any home, we worked out a few minor repairs, and made our way to the closing table on time. I’m so grateful to have been a part of this process with Khiry, and have helped another first-time homebuyer!

Best of luck, Khiry.
